From Benjamin Franklin Bridge:

On the bridge, get in middle or right lane.
At end of bridge the road splits. Take the right split onto I-676 South.
Take exit 4 to Atlantic Avenue.
At bottom of ramp (intersection with light), turn right onto Atlantic Avenue.
At next light (church on far right corner), turn right onto Broadway.
At next light, turn left onto Kaighns Avenue.
Go approximately 0.2 miles. The Neighborhood Center is on the left just past 3rd Street (it’s a solitary brick building). There is a water tower across the street on the same block.

From Walt Whitman Bridge:

Midway on the bridge, get in right lane.
Before the bridge ends, take first right-hand exit (right lane must exit to the right).
Lane splits–you can go straight/left or right. Stay straight/left onto I-676 North.
Get off at Exit 4 to Atlantic Avenue.
At bottom of ramp, turn left onto Atlantic Avenue.
At 2nd light (church on far right corner), turn right onto Broadway.
At next light, turn left onto Kaighns Avenue.
